Colonial Heights' 4th Annual Arbor Day Celebration, along with the Legacy Garden Dedication, was held Friday, April 25, 2008.  The ceremony took place at the Legacy Garden and City Welcome site at the corner of Washington Avenue and the Boulevard.  A reception was held following the ceremony on the grounds of the City’s Violet Bank Museum.
