The Department of Real Estate Assessments operates according to the Constitution of Virginia, Article X, Taxation and Finance, various statutes of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the Code and Charter of Colonial Heights.  Our office is located on the first floor of City Hall, 201 James Avenue.
