The Colonial Heights Police Department reminds residents that a permit is required by City Code for anyone holding a yard, garage, or backyard sale. 

Permits are available at the Commissioner of Revenue's Office, City Hall, located at 201 James Avenue, Colonial Heights, during regular business hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.)  The cost for the permit is $5.00.
